Wanting to get active but not sure where to start? Try your local Walking for Health group.
Getting active can be tricky… and a bit daunting
Walking for Health is a national scheme that promotes free short walks across the country; helping people get active, make new friends and explore their local area.
We have groups all over Shropshire, with over 1,600 people regularly walking. Groups are generally led by local volunteer walk leaders, working with our Walking Coordinators.
