SUMMARY:Bushcraft Half-Day Course
DESCRIPTION:A relaxed introduction to bushcraft skills\, set in our private woodland on the Llanforda Estate near Oswestry. \nThis half-day course is ideal for beginners or those wanting a focused outdoor experience without committing to a full day. Sessions are hands-on and unhurried\, with experienced instructors guiding participants through core bushcraft skills in a calm woodland environment. \nParticipants will learn safe knife handling\, basic shelter building using carved wooden pegs\, fire preparation and fire lighting with a firesteel\, and simple campfire skills such as boiling water and toasting marshmallows. Techniques are demonstrated step by step\, with plenty of time to practise\, ask questions\, and enjoy being outdoors. \nAll tools and materials are provided. Small group sizes ensure personal guidance throughout. \nSuitable for adults and young people aged 11+.
