A single layby parking space. Further layby parking for 5-6 cars is located 150 metres in the direction of The Bridges Pub.

Fraser MacLeod, an artist with a learning disability, has made a special ceramic tile to help visitors connect with the landscape.
You can find it at the viewpoint.
Fraser moulded clay and materials found in the local area into an organic shape and added simple tactile marks, textures, and words so everyone can ‘feel the landscape’.
This tile is one of a series created for the Open Horizons project, led by Lead Artist Roz Donati of Pneuma Affinity CIC, and made in collaboration with My Options, Telford & Wrekin.
Artist Statement
Fraser likes to be immersed in his thoughts. He likes space to move around, and he loves being outside in nature. Being outdoors gives Fraser the freedom he really enjoys.
During the project, Fraser enjoyed the feel of the clay in his hands. He spent time making marks and patterns in the surface to represent the river and trees at Darnford Brook. He worked slowly and carefully, focusing on the shapes he was creating.
Level routes/Trails: Part of the Darnford Trail on the Shropshire Way main route, the old carriage drive becomes a fairly level, broad track after the initial slope.
Route Width: Between 1200 millimetres -1800 millimetres wide to the viewpoint.
Ramped Routes: Moderate slope to the viewing point.

The Knolls Car Park at the southern end of the reserve makes wild beauty easy to reach. With level trails from the car park, benches to rest, and space to soak up the ridge views, it's a slice of Stiperstones everyone can enjoy.
The Knapp at Castle Pulverbatch offers a brief, gentle walk from the car park to a historic mound with wide views. Maintained paths and clear waypoints make it a welcome visit for all abilities.
