Circular horse riding routes
Enjoying the best of Shropshire from horse back
A range of promoted circular rides have been developed over the past few years, including new ones associated with the Humphrey Kynaston Way. These rides showcase some of the best of Shropshire’s countryside.
There are two series of circular routes; the Ride Shropshire series in southern Shropshire and the Humphrey Kynaston Way circulars from Church Stretton up to Grinshill, north of Shrewsbury.
A map showing all the Ride Shropshire routes can be found here: Ride UK map. An overview of the Humphrey Kynaston Way routes can be found here: HK Way Overview. Many of these routes also link to the Jack Mytton Way. The Jack Mytton Way route can be found here: JMW Routes.
Many of these can be linked to create your own routes, please use the interactive map to see how they connect and to see the other Rights of Way across Shropshire.
