Step 1
St Oswald's Church on Church Street. Turn right at rear of the church onto Welsh Wales.

Turn left onto Brynhafod Road

Turn left onto Jennings Road

Turn left onto bridleway at end of the road, to the left.

Turn right onto Broomhall Lane

At the T junction turn right. Take Care. Long steady climb.

Turn right onto an unsigned road with a weight limit sign.

Take the next left onto Whitwell Lane.

Turn left up the hill towards Cross Lanes

Turn right at the crossroads at Cross Lanes. Take care.

Continue straight over two crossroads. Take care

At the third crossroads turn right. (Follow signs for route 445).

Bear right at the fork in the roads at Lower Hengoed and continue along Llyn Road past Old Oswestry Hill Fort on left.

Continue straight on at the roundabout, take care; parked cars both sides, to the T junction a the end of the road.

Cross busy road on foot (by corner shop) and head towards Health Centre opposite.

Turn right to take the path across Wilfred Owen Green.

Turn right to go across disused railway line.

Cross the road at Sainsbury's and continue along Coney Green, signed to the town centre, to Salop street,

Cross the road using pedestrian crossing and turn right and immediately left onto English Walls.

Turn left at the mini roundabout onto Church Street to return to St Oswald's church.
